ShopAssist
A discreet panic button for shop staff. Within about a second your security control room has the alert—who raised it, their exact location—so they can deploy a response unit without a loud alarm on the phone.
Why ShopAssist
Staff safety should not depend on shouting, radios or guesswork
When something goes wrong on the shop floor, people need a line straight into the security control room. ShopAssist sends a silent panic from the device; typically within about a second the control room has the alert, knows exactly who raised it, and sees their precise location on the map.
Control room operators can then deploy a response unit to that location using your own procedures—whilst the colleague’s phone stays discreet. Shop owners still manage who has the app; staff get a tool that is simple when seconds matter.
- The control room needs the alert in seconds—not minutes—so the right people can move
- Control room operators must know who raised the alarm and their exact position before they deploy a unit
- Staff need a quiet way to call for help without escalating the situation on the shop floor
- Your organisation wants one consistent path from panic button to response unit on the ground

Capabilities
What ShopAssist does today
Silent panic from the shop floor
When someone needs help, they use the panic control in the app. There is no loud siren on the phone that would escalate the situation in front of customers—yet your control room still gets the signal straight away.
With the control room in about a second
From the moment the alert is sent, it is typically with your security control room within about a second. Control room operators can start your procedures immediately instead of waiting on radios, calls or guesswork.
Who raised it, where they are, deploy the unit
Control room operators see who alerted them, their exact location on the map, and the detail they need to act. They can task and deploy a response unit directly to that location, in line with your operation.
Discreet on the shop floor
The experience is designed for retail: staff can call for help without advertising that they have done so—important on tills, in aisles and in busy shops.
Stand down only when it is safe
After a panic alert, the app waits for about 25 seconds before someone can confirm they are safe. That reduces accidental stand-downs and gives the control room time to see the alert.
Shop owners and team access
Shop owners can add and remove staff in the app when people join or leave. Everyone signs in with their own details—no shared passwords.
Getting started
From invite to first shift
Accounts and access
Your organisation or shop owner adds staff in the app. Each person gets their own sign-in—ideal when teams change or seasons get busy.
Permissions on the device
Staff allow notifications and location when prompted so panic alerts and responder maps work reliably on iOS and Android.
Help when it is needed
If someone needs help, they use the panic control. The control room receives it in about a second with identity and map position, then deploys a response unit according to your plan.
