Intelligent security shouldn't be complicated or expensive
Too many businesses are still managing security with outdated tools—radios, paper logs, fragmented software. AlertCore exists to change that. We built a single platform that handles retail alerting, security operations, home protection and intelligence sharing—so teams can focus on responding, not wrestling with technology.
AlertCore is built by Digidrop Ltd, headquartered in Basingstoke, England. Founded in 2017, Digidrop provides all security technology and software development services to DGCS (Digidrop Group Collections & Security Ltd)—and AlertCore is the platform born from that real-world operational experience.

2019
DGCS (Digidrop Group Collections & Security Ltd) established as a dedicated security company, with Digidrop providing all technology and development services.
2022
First version of ShopAssist launched, built on the operational experience of DGCS across retail and corporate security.
2023
Security & Control Room module launched—directly informed by DGCS's day-to-day control room operations.
2024
HomeAssist, Intel, Control and Shifts added to the platform. AlertCore expanded to six products and rebranded as a unified product suite under Digidrop.
2025
iOS and Android apps launched alongside the browser Control Hub. AlertCore expanded to clients across the UK.
