Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AlertCore platform, website, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

AlertCore is operated by Digidrop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to cause harm to any person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Upload or submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at security@alertcore.co.uk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of these Terms.

Some parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

If you use AlertCore Intel, you are responsible for ensuring that any intelligence you submit complies with applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR. You must have a lawful basis for submitting information about individuals.

We store Intel data securely and make it accessible only to authorised members of your organisation. We do not share Intel data with third parties.

The AlertCore platform, including all software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Digidrop Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We aim to provide a highly available Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digidrop Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
